REFUND POLICY

Digital Products and Energy Healing Services

All digital products (including but not limited to manifestation journals, digital downloads, and guides) and energy healing services are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Due to the nature of these products and services, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery or service completion.

Herbal Products and Vitamins

We stand behind the quality of our herbal products and vitamins. Refunds for these items are available only in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its use or quality

To request a refund for a defective herbal product or vitamin, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@blacklionbotanicals.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective product

  • A description of the defect or issue

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
