At Black Lion Botanicals, we are committed to delivering your wellness products and digital offerings promptly and securely. All physical products ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 USD for orders under $50

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and above

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15.99 USD

International Shipping

  • Standard International (6-12 business days): $18.99 USD

  • Express International (3-5 business days): $35.99 USD

  • We ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, and select other countries

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country

Digital Products and Services

  • Digital products (manifestation journals, downloads) are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase confirmation. No physical shipping applies to these items.

  • Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through USPS or UPS.

  • Shipping Restrictions

  •  Some international destinations may have restrictions on herbal supplements - please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@blacklionbotanicals.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
